If you love connecting with people, juggling a million moving parts, and making the workplace awesome—you’ll fit right in.</p>What You’ll Do<ul><li><p><strong>Be the face of HR</strong> – lead recruitment & onboarding for our frontline roles (your chance to shine!).</p></li><li><p>Keep our HR world organized—files, HRIS updates, benefits, payroll support.</p></li><li><p>Jump into training, engagement, performance reviews, surveys, and staff events.</p></li><li><p>Bring fresh ideas and energy as you “dabble” in every corner of HR.</p></li><li><p>Grow into more responsibility as we grow—we’ve got plenty of it to go around.</p></li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li><p>A natural <strong>extrovert</strong> who loves people and keeps conversations flowing.</p></li><li><p>1+ year in HR (or similar role) and some HRIS experience is a bonus.</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.</p></li><li><p>Great communicator who builds relationships across all levels.</p></li><li><p>19+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</p></li></ul>Perks & Benefits<p> Competitive salary <br />
