With a focus on PolicyCenter and Digital Portal you will drive the integration and customization of Guidewire Insurance Suite ensuring seamless functionality and enhanced user experience. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in advancing our companys mission to deliver cutting-edge insurance solutions.</p><p><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>• Lead the design and architecture of Guidewire-based solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.<br>• Oversee the integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter with other systems optimizing performance and functionality.<br>• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Guidewire implementations.<br>• Develop and customize Guidewire Digital Portal solutions enhancing user experience and engagement.<br>• Ensure the successful deployment and configuration of Guidewire Insurance Suite adhering to best practices and industry standards.<br>• Conduct thorough testing and validation of Guidewire solutions identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.<br>• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Guidewire applications implementing improvements and optimizations as needed.<br>• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Guidewire technologies incorporating new features and functionalities into existing solutions.<br>• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of Guidewire systems.<br>• Document technical designs processes and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.<br>• Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks and communication in both remote and in-office settings.<br>• Contribute to the companys strategic goals by delivering high-quality scalable and reliable Guidewire solutions.</p><p><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>• <br>• Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Digital Portal.<br>• Demonstrate expertise in Guidewire predefined and custom plugins ensuring seamless integration and customization.<br>• Exhibit strong understanding of Guidewire Insurance Suite fundamentals and integration techniques.<br>• Have a proven track record of successfully implementing Guidewire solutions in a hybrid work environment.<br>• Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.<br>• Display strong communication and collaboration skills working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.<br>• Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field<br> </p>.Create Your Resume First
