<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Site Superintendent – Interior Hotel Projects</p><p>Location: Niagara Region & Greater Toronto Area</p><p>Salary: $110K-$120K, plus package</p><p></p><p>Our client is a reputable builder specializing in high-end commercial and hospitality projects, recognized for their quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on complex interior renovations.</p><p></p><p>They are seeking a Site Superintendent to lead the interior construction and renovation of hotel projects across the Niagara Region and GTA.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p></p><p>Oversee day-to-day site operations on hotel interior builds and renovations</p><p></p><p>Coordinate trades, schedules, inspections, and quality control</p><p></p><p>Enforce health & safety standards and maintain detailed site documentation</p><p></p><p>Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and ownership groups</p><p></p><p>Supervise finishes, MEP coordination, and guest-room/public-space construction</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p></p><p>5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial or hospitality interiors</p><p></p><p>Proven background delivering hotel or luxury fit-out projects</p><p></p><p>Solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code and interior construction methods</p><p></p><p>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills</p></p></p>
