This role is responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing the customer experience, meeting sales targets, collaborating with marketing and construction teams, and ensuring that the sales process aligns with company goals and brand standards.</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Pipeline & CRM Management</p><ul><li>Achieve sales targets through relationship building with potential home buyers.</li><li>Monitor lead response times and enforce follow-up standards.</li><li>Secure qualified referrals and cultivate lead pipelines.</li><li>Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and pipeline health.</li><li>Ensure all prospects are fully engaged through to outcome (sale, lost, or deferred).</li><li>Prospect and develop broker relationships to expand customer base.</li></ul><p>Performance Oversight</p><ul><li>Prepare and evaluate sales targets and projections.</li><li>Generate and analyze weekly sales performance reports.</li><li>Deliver weekly sales performance reports by division.</li><li>Identify trends, highlight performance gaps, and recommend process improvements.</li><li>Support onboarding and training of new sales team members.</li><li>Mentor Sales & Closing Coordinators across divisions as required.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.</li><li>Collect and analyze market and competitor feedback for strategic planning.</li><li>Approve final sales commission invoicing (purchase price & lot premiums).</li></ul><p>Realtor & Community Engagement<br /></p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong broker/realtor relationships.</li><li>Oversee realtor incentive programs to drive engagement and sales.</li><li>Provide leadership and support at VIP events, launches, and community initiatives.</li></ul><p>Team Development</p><ul><li>Train and supervise Sales Associates, setting performance expectations.</li><li>Facilitate ongoing workshops and one-on-one development sessions.</li><li>Monitor team morale and foster career development pathways.</li></ul><p>Customer Pipeline Protection</p><ul><li>Re-engage at-risk buyers during slower market periods.</li><li>Ensure high-interest leads remain active and nurtured.</li><li>Safeguard against lost opportunities through consistent follow-up strategies.</li></ul><p>Administration</p><ul><li>Respond to inquiries and correspondence from lawyers, auditors, TARION, and purchasers.</li><li>Manage TARION Vendor/Builder compliance, including annual renewals and new project enrollments.</li><li>Maintain regular customer communication via phone and email.</li></ul><p>Additional Sales Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Participate in marketing and promotional events to represent the brand.</li><li>Inspect and coordinate updates to community signage with Marketing & Sales teams.</li><li>Perform other duties aligned with the roles scope and objectives.</li></ul><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Bringing over 15 years of strategic sales leadership in high-value, niche markets, including homebuilding, property development, and complex real estate solutions.</li><li>Strong history of coaching teams to exceed performance targets.</li><li>Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value negotiations.</li><li>Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Monday), with emphasis on pipeline management and accountability.</li><li>Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments.</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
