Reporting directly to the District Manager, you&#39;ll oversee top-line sales growth and ensure an exceptional customer experience.</p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><p>- Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent</p><p>- Bringing passion and energy, with expert product knowledge</p><p>- Creating a fun and interactive environment with in-store demos</p><p>- Ensuring your team meets sales goals and key performance metrics</p><p>- Executing company standards in all store operations</p><p></p><p><strong>What You Need to Succeed:</strong></p><p>- At least two years of management experience in a retail environment</p><p>- High customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills</p><p>- Ability to coach and inspire top performers</p><p>- Strong time management and organizational skills</p><p>- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)</p><p>- Experience with demonstrations is an asset</p><p>- And most importantly...
