<p></p><p><b>Job Title:</b> Program Manager – AI/ML & Marketing Analytics (Retail)</p><p><b>Location:</b> Remote, US, Canada (Must align with PST working hours)</p><p><b>Type:</b> Contract (6+ months, extendable)</p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>We are hiring for a <b>Program Manager</b> to lead enterprise-scale AI/ML and marketing analytics initiatives for one of our premier retail clients.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing analytics, data science, and AI/ML programs in a <b>retail or eCommerce environment</b>, with proven success in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and analytics programs across marketing, merchandising, and customer experience functions</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, data science, analytics, engineering, and business teams to ensure program success</li><li>Translate business objectives into actionable program roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics</li><li>Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives</li><li>Oversee data collection processes, model deployment cycles, and measurement frameworks</li><li>Manage risks, remove blockers, and ensure high-quality program deliverables</li><li>Prepare and deliver executive-level updates, reports, and dashboards</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>8–12 years of experience in <b>program or project management</b> in enterprise environments</li><li>Proven track record leading <b>AI/ML, data science, or analytics programs</b>, ideally in retail/eCommerce</li><li>Strong understanding of <b>marketing analytics</b> and KPI frameworks (ROI, customer segmentation, media effectiveness, personalization)</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills</li><li>Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project)</li><li>Agile methodology experience</li></ul><p><b>Nice to Have</b></p><ul><li>Exposure to <b>Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)</b> or media analytics programs</li><li>Familiarity with Bayesian/Frequentist modeling concepts</li><li>Experience working with large-scale CPG marketing data</li><li>Background in omnichannel attribution or advanced marketing measurement</li></ul><p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
