<p><b>Job Title:</b> International Analytics Manager</p><p> <b>Location:</b> Remote (Canada)</p><p> <b>Employment Type:</b> Full-time</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>As an International Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sports league’s <b>global presence</b>. This role combines hands-on analytics, marketing enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to expand our international fanbase and support go-to-market (GTM) strategies.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Analytics & Insights</b></p><ul><li>Write SQL queries and analyze data to answer business-critical questions.</li><li>Summarize large data outputs into clear takeaways for senior executives.</li><li>Assist in UAT of database changes and RCA of issues/bugs.</li></ul><p><b>Marketing Enablement</b></p><ul><li>Support 1:1 marketing campaigns with segmentation, test/control setup, and success measurement.</li><li>Build audience segments to deepen fan engagement across global markets.</li></ul><p><b>Performance Tracking</b></p><ul><li>Monitor KPIs and attribution frameworks to measure GTM strategy effectiveness.</li><li>Report on international market performance against fan growth goals.</li></ul><p><b>Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Partner with marketing, international, legal, and data engineering teams.</li><li>Engage with regional stakeholders to support localized GTM strategies.</li><li>Interact with third parties on data requirements and definitions.</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Economics, Analytics, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of SQL, Python, or relevant coding experience.</li><li>5+ years of stakeholder management experience.</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present insights to executives.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Experience with consent and/or identity resolution.</li><li>Passion for sports and knowledge of global fan cultures.</li><li>Background in marketing analytics or GTM analytics.</li></ul><p></p>
