<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Company Description<br><br><p>We are hiring <strong>Registered Practical Nurses (RPN)</strong> as <strong>Home Support Supervisors</strong> to work with our clients in <strong>Scarborough</strong>.<strong> </strong>The <strong>Home Support Supervisor</strong> leads a team of Personal Support Workers (PSWs) in the field, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance management.  </p><p>At Spectrum Health Care our mission is re-imagining home care for clients and families to provide products and services they need, whenever care is required, delivered by the most qualified and compassionate staff.</p><p>By joining Spectrum Health Care you will be part of one of <strong>Canada’s Best Managed companies</strong> and a committed member of a team of highly skilled healthcare professionals. </p>Job Description<br><br><ul><li>Lead a team of Personal Support Workers to provide efficient, qualified personal care to patients in home and facility settings</li><li>Assess patient needs, formulate care plans, and evaluate outcomes according to contractual agreements</li><li>Manage staff performance, including conducting appraisals and implementing disciplinary actions as needed</li><li>Monitor key indicators such as caseload volume, staff turnover, and patient satisfaction; address concerns and complaints promptly</li><li>Promote Spectrum Health Care through community engagement and participate in ongoing professional development</li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Current registration with the Colleges of Nurses of Ontario.
