Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will support a variety of multimedia and website projects that bring the company&#39;s brand vision to life. This role involves working closely with marketing, R&D, and external creative agencies to produce high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms.<br />If you thrive on creative challenges and strive for excellence, this opportunity is for you!<b>What&#39;s Offered:</b><ul><li>Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) with 80/20 split family coverage</li><li>Annual professional development fund</li><li>RRSP match program</li><li>Fitness incentives</li><li>Team-building events</li><li>Generous employee discount on company brands</li><li>Relocation assistance available</li></ul><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br /><b>Multimedia Design</b><ul><li>Edit product and lifestyle imagery for various platforms including websites, marketplaces, and digital ads.</li><li>Design layouts for product manuals and quick start guides.</li><li>Develop engaging Amazon A+ enhanced content.</li><li>Create realistic product mock-ups based on R&D inputs.</li><li>Design infographics, illustrations, icons, and logos.</li><li>Produce motion graphics and visual effects for digital campaigns.</li><li>Design print materials such as brochures and flyers.</li><li>Develop product packaging in line with brand identity.</li></ul><b>Website Design</b><ul><li>Oversee front-end design for multiple e-commerce websites.</li><li>Build and optimize landing pages, category pages, and product pages.</li><li>Enhance UX/UI for both mobile and desktop experiences.</li><li>Manage and update site content through a CMS (Magento 2).</li></ul><b>Other Duties</b><ul><li>Create and edit posters, plaques, headshots, holiday cards, and business cards.</li><li>Use project management tools (ClickUp) to manage tasks and priorities.</li><li>Work with external creative partners to maintain brand consistency.</li><li>Perform related tasks to support team and company goals as needed.</li></ul><b>Qualifications:</b><ul><li>Degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.</li><li>3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally within consumer products.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia and web design expertise.</li><li>Ability to maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency.</li><li>Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma (or equivalent tools).</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles including color, composition, and typography.</li><li>Experience with CMS platforms (Magento 2 preferred).</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.</li></ul><b>Position Details:</b><br />This is a <b>full-time, permanent, on-site</b> role (40 hours/week), with working hours from <b>8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.</b><br><br>Job#16691567<br /></p></p>
