<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>We are currently looking for an <em>Electrician (Field)</em> for a client located in Simcoe Ontario. </strong>Required to travel with crew to job sites around South Western Ontario typically within .5 - 2 hours of (Simcoe, ON), primarily focusing in the Hamilton and Burlington areas.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct daily checks, diagnostics, repairs, installations, and testing of electrical equipment such as transformers, regulators, motors, generators, and electrical control systems.</p></li><li><p>Design and install control panels and circuit power distribution while complying with the Canadian Electrical Code.</p></li><li><p>Respond promptly to emergency situations and carry out repairs to ensure the timely resumption of operations.</p></li><li><p>Bend conduits and perform other tasks as needed.</p></li><li><p>Programming experience in PLC an asset.</p></li><li><p>Required to travel with the crew to various job sites within South Western Ontario, which are typically within 0.5-2 hours of Simcoe, ON.</p><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Possess a valid 309A Electrician - Construction & Maintenance trade certification.</p></li><li><p>Registered with Skilled Trades Ontario.</p></li><li><p>At least three to five years of experience as an Industrial Electrician, preferably in the industrial construction industry.</p></li><li><p>Must be willing to work different shifts as the job demands.</p></li><li><p>Possess excellent organizational and collaboration skills, with a flexible and analytical mindset.</p></li><li><p>Committed to safety standards and able to deliver results.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to provide some of their own tools.</p></li></ul></p></p>
