Work with manufacturers and vendors to resolve warranty-related concerns.</p></li><li><p><strong>Customer Support:</strong> Respond to customer inquiries regarding service and repairs, keeping them informed about the status of their equipment.</p></li><li><p><strong>Operational Assistance:</strong> Support the service team in prioritizing tasks and managing workloads efficiently.
