<p>We are seeking a <strong>Director – ERP Project</strong> to lead the successful implementation of a large-scale, enterprise-wide ERP system. This temporary full-time role involves overseeing a <strong>multi-million-dollar transformation project</strong>, covering the full lifecycle—from planning and vendor selection through design, development, testing, go-live, and optimization.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will have <strong>extensive ERP implementation experience</strong> (Finance, Procurement, HR modules) and a proven ability to manage diverse teams, complex interdependencies, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Project Leadership & Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration of Finance, Procurement, and HR systems.</li><li>Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and KPIs.</li><li>Oversee governance, reporting, and alignment with organizational objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with internal leaders to define requirements and ensure business needs are met.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, consultants, and third-party partners.</li><li>Deliver regular executive updates, escalating risks and recommending solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Project Delivery & Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project milestones.</li><li>Ensure quality assurance, testing, and technical integration (data migration, system configuration).</li><li>Drive user adoption through training programs and support models.</li></ul><p><strong>Risk & Change Management</strong></p><ul><li>Anticipate and mitigate risks across technical and organizational domains.</li><li>Lead change management initiatives to ensure cultural and operational adoption.</li><li>Conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Build, mentor, and manage a cross-functional project team.</li><li>Foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance across teams.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, policy, and governance standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s or PMP certification preferred.</li><li>Proven leadership in <strong>large-scale ERP implementations</strong> (Finance, Procurement, HR).</li><li>Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday.</li><li>Strong background in managing <strong>multi-million-dollar budgets</strong> and delivering projects on-time and on-scope.</li><li>Expertise in <strong>Agile/Waterfall methodologies</strong> and tools (MS Project, JIRA).</li><li>Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a track record of driving transformation and building consensus across diverse teams.</li><li>Experience in municipal/government operations is an asset but not required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Apply?</strong></p><p>This is a <strong>high-impact leadership opportunity</strong> to oversee one of the most significant enterprise transformation initiatives in the organization.
