We’re growing our team and looking for a people-focused Associate Financial Advisor, someone who enjoys building connections, solving problems, and helping clients make confident financial decisions.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As an Associate Financial Advisor, you’ll support clients with personalized advice in life insurance, investments, and wealth planning. Working alongside senior advisor, you’ll help clients stay on track with their financial goals — from reviewing investment maturities to identifying new opportunities for protection and growth.</p><p>This is a full-time position based in our Simcoe, ON office.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular financial reviews</li><li>Recommend life, wealth, and investment solutions tailored to client needs</li><li>Track GIC maturities, connect with clients for renewals, and update investment plans</li><li>Monitor insurance and investment portals for opportunities to enhance client portfolios</li><li>Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives and client outreach</li><li>Maintain accurate records in compliance with Co-operators, FSRA, and CIRO standards</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>A friendly, confident communication style and genuine care for people</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about financial planning</li><li>Organization, motivation, and the desire to grow a career in financial services</li><li>Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)</li><li>LLQP licence (or willingness to obtain within 3 months; licensing support provided)</li><li>Mutual fund licence an asset (or interest in completing)</li><li>Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable vehicle</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Base salary: $45,000–$60,000 (depending on <span >experience/licensing)</span></li><li>Commission potential: $10,000–$30,000 annually</li><li>Health benefits and retirement plan</li><li>Paid licensing and professional development</li><li>Mentorship from an experienced agency owner</li><li>Pathway to a full Financial Advisor role within one of Canada’s most trusted brands</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Irons Financial</strong></p><p>At Irons Financial, you’re not just selling insurance — you’re helping local families, business owners, and farmers secure their futures.
