<li>2 years retail or customer service management experience.</li>

<li>Minimum High School or GED.</li>

<li>Ability to work full time (exceeds 40 hours per week) including variable hours, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>

<p>The typical hiring range for this role is $52,600 - $61,670 CAD annually. Base pay may vary based on experience, skills, and internal equity. Eligible partners may participate in our bonus program and annual bean‑stock grants.</p>
