<h3>Qualifications</h3>

<li>2 years retail or customer service management experience.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment.</li>
<li>Minimum High School or GED.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>

<li>Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.</li>
<li>Ability to work full time (exceeds 40 hours per week) including variable hours, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>

<h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3>
<p>The typical hiring range for this role is $52,600 - $61,670 CAD annually. Base pay may vary based on experience, skills, and internal equity. Eligible partners may participate in our bonus program and annual bean‑stock grants.</p>
