Our goal is to be the #1 provider of managed IT services, security, and infrastructure required to run a successful and secure business from anywhere. Our Account Executives are responsible for growing wallet share within their book of business as well as attracting new clients.</p><p></p><p><strong>The Account Manager will focus on:</strong></p><p>- Managing sales cycles from $5,000-$200,000 from opening to close</p><p>- Ensuring all KPI and revenue targets are achieved on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis by selling all lines of business</p><p>- Creating and presenting personalized meeting documentation</p><p>- Maintaining client satisfaction</p><p></p><p><strong>Expectations/Role Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Sales Process Management</p><p>- Identify, research, strategize, and close business opportunities in your assigned territory</p><p>- Develop effective processes to seek out new clients to onboard business with current and competitive clients</p><p>- Manage ~400 accounts with the help of a Business Development Resource</p><p>- Phone and Email Sales & Marketing</p><p>- Pipeline Growth in all lines of business</p><p>- Forecasting accurately to Management</p><p>- Keep up-to-date records on customer information using CRM</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><p>- 2+ years of sales experience is an asset.</p><p>- College or University Degree</p><p>- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract</p><p>- Tech-savvy: ability to understand technical products, cloud services, and data security and to communicate technical information clearly and simply to non-technical people</p><p>- Customer-centric, self-starter who is looking to join a technology company and drive growth through innovation</p><p>- Always maintains professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner</p><p>- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals</p><p>- Excellent people skills – empathetic, understanding, persuasive, collaborative, calm under stress, and a team player</p><p>- Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques</p><p>- Proven sales ability with the capability to meet and surpass targets and goals</p><p>- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands</p><p>- High level of integrity and work ethic</p><p></p><p><strong>Salary Expectations:</strong></p><p>• Unlimited earning potential: base pay + uncapped commissions + Bonus opportunities</p><p>• OTE of $90K</p><p>• Medical & Dental Benefits</p><p>• President’s Club & sales trip opportunities</p><p>• Professional development in a company that has a longstanding reputation for learning and career advancement opportunities</p><p>• Consistent learning and development opportunities with outsourced and in-house resources</p><p>• Flexibility, freedom, and autonomy of a start-up company, with the advantage of being supported by a world-class leader</p><p></p><p>We thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.</p><p></p></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
