<p>Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.</p><p>Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings.They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.<br><br><br><strong>Introduction: </strong>Robertson is seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Professional to join our client.<br><strong>Contract Period: </strong>6 months with potential to extend or convert<br><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>Starting from $50 per hour<br><strong>Location </strong>: Ontario / Quebec / Nova Scotia<br><strong>Location Type </strong>: Remote<br><strong>Business Hours: </strong>Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 5 PM EST<br><br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Writing and editing clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for our new digital experiences for advisors, plan sponsors, and participants. The experiences provide summary and detailed account data and offer a variety of transactions.</li><li>Specific elements requiring UX writing support will include menus, labels/buttons/CTAs, error messages, transactional flows, and notifications.</li><li>The UX writer will attend frequent meetings with the design, CX, and product team for the project to provide initial copy for new screens and for user testing and then refine that copy as the experiences and the flows develop.</li><li>The UX writer will be a critical part of the overall design team, collaborating, with all stakeholders to integrate copy into the design process from the beginning of the project.</li><li>UX writing includes making sure content is accessible and inclusive for users with different backgrounds, ages, and abilities.<br></li></ul><strong>Experience & Qualification Requirements:</strong><ul><li>3-5 years of UX writing experience and a thorough understanding of UX design principles and methodologies</li><li>Ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately to guide users through a digital experience</li><li>Ability to use user research, metrics, objectives, and data analysis to inform writing</li><li>Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma<br></li></ul><strong><em>****ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE A CRIMINAL AND CREDIT CHECK AS PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS****<br></em></strong><strong>How to Apply: </strong>If you are a motivated professional looking to contribute to a leading team, please submit your resume outlining your qualifications and experience relevant to this role.
