Use Power BI, Power Apps, and user-centered design to create intuitive dashboards and interfaces tailored for business leaders, developers, and end users in the insurance industry.</p><h3>What is in it for you</h3><ul><li>Salaried: $68-73 per hour.</li><li>Incorporated Business Rate: $82-87 per hour.</li><li>4-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.</li><li>Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.</li><li>Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.</li><li>Hybrid work: in-office Tuesday to Thursday.</li><li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.</li><li>Join a passionate and inclusive team of professionals.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design and develop three distinct user dashboards:<ul><li>End User Dashboard: Task-focused intuitive interface for interacting with AI outputs.</li><li>Leader Dashboard: Aggregated insights and performance metrics for executive review.</li><li>Developer Dashboard: Real-time monitoring tools for usage, system performance, and feedback.</li></ul></li><li>Build and integrate applications using Power BI (DAX data modeling, custom visuals) and Power Apps (Canvas apps, workflows, connectors).</li><li>Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive UI workflows and visual designs.</li><li>Integrate AI/ML outputs including structured and unstructured data into usable formats.</li><li>Ensure user interfaces are responsive, accessible, and perform well across multiple devices.</li><li>Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align on user experience goals.</li><li>Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.</li><li>Implement role-based access and security protocols.</li><li>Maintain documentation and support internal user training.</li></ul><h3>What you will need to succeed</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.</li><li>3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX development within enterprise or data-driven environments.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Power BI including DAX data modeling and custom visuals.</li><li>Advanced experience with Power Apps including Canvas apps, automation and connector integration.</li><li>Experience integrating AI/ML outputs (structured and unstructured data) into dashboards or applications.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Azure Dataverse, SharePoint, and Teams.</li><li>Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive UI practices.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Familiarity with front-end development languages (e.g., JavaScript) is a plus.</li><li>Prior experience with Generative AI or AI-focused projects is an advantage.</li></ul><h3>About Recruit Action</h3><p>Recruit Action (agency permit: AP-2504511) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
