<p>Agilus is recruiting for a <strong>Turnaround Coordinator </strong>in the <strong>Oil and Gas industry</strong> in <strong>Fort McMurray, Alberta.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Are you a detail-driven leader with a passion for safety and operational excellence? Join a dynamic team as a Turnaround Execution Coordinator, where you'll oversee the planning and execution of turnaround activities in a high-impact industrial environment. This role demands strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and review detailed work packages and estimates</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure readiness and execution</li><li>Monitor safety compliance and promote safe work practices</li><li>Track progress and update schedules during all turnaround phases</li><li>Resolve field issues and escalate concerns promptly</li><li>Support operations during ramp-down and ramp-up phases</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and closeout of work orders</li><li>Participate in lessons learned and post-event evaluations</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in turnaround or shutdown coordination</li><li>Strong understanding of Alberta OH&S regulations</li><li>Familiarity with Maximo, P6, and work package development</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to lead field teams and drive safety culture</li><li>Skilled in estimating, scheduling, and resource planning</li><li>Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments</li><li>Technical background in mechanical or industrial operations preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Total rewards:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li><li>A full-time contract until November 2026, with potential for extension</li><li>Opportunity to work with a leading energy company</li><li>Exposure to large-scale turnaround operations</li><li>A 4 days on, 3 days off weekly rotation, with fly-in fly-out from either Edmonton or Calgary</li></ul>
