<p>You’ll be the face of our technical expertise, conducting compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations . By effectively communicating the value of our services, you'll help prospective customers understand how our solutions can solve their challenges. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is key; you'll act as a trusted advisor , guiding them through their infrastructure decisions and becoming their go-to resource.</p><p><b>Sales & Client Support :</b></p><p>Act as a technical liaison for the sales team, providing expert product knowledge and technical consultation to potential clients.</p><p>Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts based on their technical needs and future growth plans.</p><p>Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our data center services.</p><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their infrastructure needs.</p><p>Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition.</p><p>Assist in creating proposals and technical documentation for client solutions.</p><p>Provide post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation of services.</p><p>What We Offer :</p><p>A commission-based structure that offers you flexibility.</p><p>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.</p><p>A supportive and collaborative team environment.</p><p>Access to ongoing training and development resources.</p><p><b>Requirements : Experience :</b></p><p>Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred.</p><p>Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician, Field Engineer, or similar role.</p><p>Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the technology industry.</p><p>Experience with hardware from major vendors (e.g., Dell, HP, Cisco, Juniper, etc.).</p><p><b>Relevant Skills :</b></p><p>Strong knowledge of data center best practices, including cabling standards (e.g., fiber, copper), racking, and power distribution.</p><p>Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware, networking equipment, and related components.</p><p>Familiarity with network topologies, protocols (e.g., TCP / IP), and concepts (e.g., VLANs, routing).</p><p>Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.</p><p>Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Cisco CCNA are highly desirable.</p><p>A passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry trends.</p><p>Being Multilingual is an added advantage.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
