<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>A well-established Canadian medical device company is seeking a Territory Manager to join its Surgical Division. You’ll serve as a clinical and product expert across a portfolio of surgical solutions designed to optimize patient safety and operating room performance.<br /></p><p>This role combines account management, business development, clinical education, and customer service to drive long-term partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers. The role covers the Greater Toronto area.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br /></p><ul><li>Identify and convert new hospital and surgical accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.<br /></li><li>Collaborate with Inside Sales and Sales Leadership to meet regional targets.<br /></li><li>Build relationships in key surgical areas, including the Operating Room, Day Surgery, ICU, Emergency, Endoscopy, Cardiac, Orthopedic, General, ENT, Neuro, Urology, and GYN surgeries.<br /></li><li>Conduct in-servicing, team presentations, and product education sessions.<br /></li><li>Conduct regular in-person client visits to assess needs and drive growth.<br /></li><li>Forecast demand, gather competitive intel, and report to Sales & Marketing.<br /></li><li>Participate in trade shows, conferences, and clinical training events.<br /></li></ul><br />Requirements<p><b>EDUCATION & TRAINING</b><br /></p><ul><li>Post-secondary education in Business, Health Sciences or related areas.<br /></li><li>Clinical backgrounds (nurses, RTs, surgical techs) are encouraged to apply.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS</b><br /></p><ul><li>2+ years of medical device sales preferred.<br /></li><li>Clinical professionals without sales experience will be considered.<br /></li><li>Experience working in acute care or operating room settings is an asset.<br /></li><li>Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and drive territory performance.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>SKILLS & COMPETENCIES</b><br /></p><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br /></li><li>Skilled at presenting clinical and technical data to hospital teams.<br /></li><li>Self-motivated and organized with a solution-focused mindset.<br /></li><li>Able to build trust with clinicians, procurement, and administrators.<br /></li><li>Comfortable with CRM systems and digital reporting tools.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><br />Benefits<p><b>BENEFITS</b><br /></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary + variable incentive compensation.<br /></li><li>Car allowance + gas card.<br /></li><li>Comprehensive benefits plan.<br /></li><li>Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.<br /></li><li>A national company with a strong presence in the Canadian healthcare sector.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Ready to make a clinical and commercial impact in the surgical space?
