The ideal candidate will come from a <strong>General Contractor background</strong> and bring a diverse portfolio of successfully delivered projects across multiple sectors. This role requires a strong leader who can manage daily on-site operations, ensure safety and quality compliance, and maintain tight control over project schedules and subcontractor performance.</p><p><br></p><p>** If you have <strong>experience in Water Treatment Facilities or Pumping Station projects</strong>, we highly encourage you to apply. These qualifications are considered a significant asset as we continue to grow our portfolio in infrastructure and municipal work. **</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and on-site personnel.</li><li>Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.</li><li>Maintain daily site logs, reports, and documentation.</li><li>Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving throughout all phases of the project.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and proactively implement solutions.</li><li>Conduct regular site meetings and ensure strong communication between all project stakeholders.</li><li>Interpret and enforce construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum <strong>5+ years of experience</strong> as a Construction Superintendent with a <strong>General Contractor</strong>.</li><li>Proven track record managing <strong>diverse construction projects</strong> (commercial, institutional, or infrastructure).</li><li><strong>Experience with Water Treatment Plants and/or Pumping Stations</strong> is a strong asset.</li><li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary up to $140,000 (Based on Experince) and benefits package</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li><li>Involvement in meaningful and complex construction projects</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>To Apply:</strong></p><ul><li>Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and project background.
