In this role, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Participating as a strategic advisor in services engagements</li><li>Helping define and shape Workato Advisory Services by creating reusable content in advance of and during advisory services engagements</li><li>Participating in defining and advancing Workato frameworks, such as Workato’s GEARS and Workato’s Embedded Product Guide</li><li>Being a Workato evangelist with the ability to discover and demonstrate how Workato can effectively help companies with their business automation needs across a broad set of industries through professional services engagements</li><li>Leading customer constituencies in critical functions such as: best practices, enterprise architecture target state or rationalization, Workato suitability guidance for use cases, advanced prototyping, recipe implementation, and Workato Accelerators</li><li>Developing and contributing subject matter expertise and advisory deliverables to internal best practices and Solution repository</li><li>Aligning with key customer stakeholders to create advisory roadmaps to advance automation objectives</li><li>Applying Workato’s GEARS or Embedded Product Guide methodologies to customer environments</li><li>Coaching key customer stakeholders on security and governance best practices related to the platform</li><li>Advising on recipe lifecycle management and supporting technology/process implementation</li><li>Guiding customers on integration prioritization and reusability considerations</li><li>Becoming a trusted advisor on overall solutions, architecture, implementation, and governance</li><li>Contributing to professional services content such as presentations, demos, white papers, and online courses</li><li>Leading, mentoring, and training team members from pre-sales and post-sales teams</li><li>Participating in pre and post-sales activities with customers and partners</li><li>Developing content for coaching our partner ecosystem on delivery best practices</li><li>Conducting hands-on customer training, design sessions, and product support</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><h3><strong>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; non-traditional experience may also be considered</li><li>12+ years of technology transformation consulting experience, including with integration or middleware solutions and/or API Management</li><li>5+ years as an Enterprise or digital architect</li><li>Ability to evangelize best practices across large organizations</li><li>Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders from C-level to engineering teams</li><li>Ability to develop engaging materials for diverse audiences</li><li>Understanding of security and governance in large enterprises</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with visual presentation ability</li><li>Continuous learner with a track record of driving technology expansion</li><li>Proven success in leading customer/partner success and solution design</li><li>Self-starter with ability to work independently and in distributed teams</li><li>Experience leading solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and change management projects</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 50% or more depending on circumstances</li></ul><h3><strong>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</strong></h3><ul><li>Master’s degree preferred but not required; similar proven experience is acceptable</li><li>Knowledge of applications like Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, databases</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP</li><li>Experience in startup environments is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Requisition ID: 2226</strong></p><p>Create a Job Alert to receive future opportunities directly via email.</p><h3>Apply for this job</h3><p>*</p><p>indicates a required field</p><p>First Name *</p><p>Last Name *</p><p>Email *</p><p>Phone *</p><p>Resume/CV *</p><p>Enter manually or upload file (pdf, doc, docx, txt, rtf)</p><p>LinkedIn Profile *</p><p>Are you authorized to work in Canada for any employer? *</p><p>Will you require visa sponsorship? *</p><p>Expected compensation *</p><p>Why do you think you will be successful in this role? *</p>
