Juillet Beauty Centre is looking for a F/T Spa Manager<BR><BR>Position: Spa Manager (Full-time/Permanent position)<BR><BR>Work Location: 4341 North Road, Burnaby, BC V3N 4N3<BR><BR>Work hours per week: 30 hrs/week<BR><BR>Salary and benefit: /hr depends on skills and experience, 4% of vacation fee or 10 days paid vacation<BR><BR>Job Requirements:<BR>- Completion of secondary school is required.<BR>- Completion of college diploma/vocational certificate program in Esthetics or Registered Massage Therapy is preferred.<BR>- One to three years of experience in Esthetics or Massage Therapy is required, and managerial experience in personal care services is preferred.<BR><BR>Main Duties:<BR>- Plan, organize and direct the full-cycle of the spas daily business operation<BR>- Evaluate and conduct performance appraisals periodically for estheticians/therapists.<BR>- Establish and implement ship policies and practice procedures for estheticians/therapists.<BR>- Take up the responsibilities of recruiting new staffs and conduct staff trainings for new hires.<BR>- Plan and control spas financial budgets.<BR>- Resolve conflicts occurred between staffs, and between staffs and customers.<BR>- Respond to complaints ad inquires customers.<BR>- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the spa facilities.<BR>- Attend to client scheduling, dealing with walk-in clients as well as organizing service for large groups.<BR><BR>How to apply:<BR>Please submit your resume & work reference letters by email at <BR><BR>Thank you for your interest in this position.
