<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Neucon Framing Ltd.</strong><br />Salmon Arm, BC<br><br><strong>Job Position:</strong> Skilled Carpenter/Framer (Full-Time Position)<br><br>We have a great framer position opportunity available for someone to join our framing team! Great team-mates to work with. A pleasant, upbeat, and hard-working environment. Get treated nice! (We love good humor!)<br><br><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of framing experience.</li><li>Experience is a great asset but motivation is key!</li><li>Work is based out of the Salmon Arm area but can include an area 1.5hr drive around Salmon Arm.</li><li>Work an average of 40 hours a week.</li><li>Get paid bi-weekly.</li><li>Hourly wages are based on experience and performance.</li><li>Piece work Wages occasionally optional (Opportunity to make excellent wages).</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Build wood-framed structures mostly in the multi-family and residential.</li><li>Commercial framing, residential framing, multi-family, and agricultural framing.</li><li>Framing includes building walls, floors, and roof systems.</li><li>Clean up and keep things tidy.</li><li>Show up every day Monday to Friday, 7 - 5.</li><li>Give your all and receive your all!</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be a Canadian resident or have a Canadian work permit.</li><li>Minimum 2yrs framing experience.</li><li>Full-time (no part-timers).</li><li>Must be self-motivated.</li><li>Have your own transportation.</li><li>Have your own PPE and small hand tools (hammer, speed square, tape, etc.)</li><li>Be willing to work hard. (framing is not for snowflakes)</li><li>Willing to be a team member, not an employee! (Employees show up late, leave early, and steal while they’re there!)</li><li>If you have a habit of showing up late, DO NOT APPLY!
