<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><p>We are seeking an experienced High<strong>-Rise Site Superintendent</strong> to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards while coordinating trades, inspections, and site operations.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li><p>Manage day-to-day construction activities for low-rise residential projects (townhomes/single-family homes).</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.</p></li><li><p>Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting to the Project Manager.</p></li><li><p>Conduct quality control checks and resolve on-site issues promptly.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate site documentation (daily logs, safety reports, inspections).</p></li><li><p>Liaise with municipal inspectors, engineers, and stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Enforce strict safety protocols and promote a hazard-free work environment.</p></li></ul><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong><ul><li><p><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience as a Site Superintendent in high<strong>-rise residential construction</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of successfully managing low rise projects.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code, construction methods, and Tarion warranty standards.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in reading blueprints, schedules, and construction documents.</p></li><li><p>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (site travel required).</p></li><li><p>Certifications (an asset): Gold Seal, First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, Working at Heights, etc.</p></li></ul><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>UGFYj8kEVd</p></p></p>
