We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service across Muskoka.</p><p><br /></p><p>We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Window Installer to lead and support our installation crew. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on skills in construction and installation who is ready to step up into a leadership positionmentoring junior installers, ensuring quality workmanship, and managing projects from start to finish on site.</p><p><br /></p><p>Work and play in beautiful Muskoka while enjoying a stable, year-round career with a skilled team.</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Window Installer at Muskoka Lumber, youll take ownership of installations while guiding the crew to deliver exceptional results.</p><ul><li>Lead and support window and door installations, ensuring high-quality results</li><li>Train, mentor, and guide junior installers and helpers</li><li>Read and interpret installation plans and specifications</li><li>Safely transport and handle windows, doors, and materials</li><li>Apply appropriate sealing products and finishing techniques</li><li>Maintain clean and organized worksites, equipment, and vehicles</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of PPE</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and supervisors</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What You Bring:At Muskoka Lumber, we value experience, professionalism, and a drive to do things right.
