You’ll:</p><ul><li>Partner with clients and technical leads to define project goals and deliverables.</li><li>Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and outcomes to ensure project success.</li><li>Provide clear leadership to project teams, coordinating multiple disciplines.</li><li>Oversee subconsultants and contractors, including contract administration.</li><li>Build strong, trusted client relationships through open communication and excellent service.</li><li>Balance competing priorities with pragmatic, well-reasoned recommendations.</li><li>Mentor and develop our talented project delivery team.</li></ul><h3>What You’ll Bring</h3><ul><li>A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering (BEng preferred) or Project Management (e.g., PMP accreditation).</li><li>Ideally Chartered (NZ-CPEng) or well on your way – with BBO backing your progression.</li><li>10-15+ years’ experience delivering large-scale or complex civil infrastructure projects.</li><li>Proven experience as a client-side or consultant-side Project Manager.</li><li>Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and make confident decisions.</li><li>Flexibility to travel for client meetings and site visits (including occasional overnight stays).</li></ul><p>Apply now and help shape New Zealand’s infrastructure.</p><p>For enquiries, contact Lisa Hulley on 027 688 8831 in confidence.</p><p>Applications close 26 September 2025 or when filled – so don’t wait.
