With a focus on road construction, bridge works, deep excavations, and underground utilities (sewer and watermain), the company is expanding its leadership team to meet growing regional demand.<br /></p>The Opportunity:<br /><p><br /></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple civil infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to close-out. You will be responsible for client relations, project execution, financial performance, and mentoring a team of project managers, coordinators, and site staff.<br /></p>Key Responsibilities:<br /><p><br /></p><p>- Lead and manage civil construction projects ranging from $50,000 to $20 million<br /></p><p>- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and municipalities to ensure project delivery meets contract requirements<br /></p><p>- Direct and support site superintendents, estimators, and project coordinators<br /></p><p>- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control<br /></p><p>- Lead tendering, contract negotiations, and change order management<br /></p><p>- Champion health & safety, risk mitigation, and environmental compliance<br /></p><p>- Provide leadership in resolving technical challenges and on-site issues<br /></p><p>- Report on project performance to senior leadership and stakeholders<br /></p><br /><p><b>Qualifications:</b><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>- 10+ years of progressive experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a senior PM role<br /></p><p>- Proven delivery of roadworks, bridge, excavation, or deep utility (sewer/watermain) projects<br /></p><p>- Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field<br /></p><p>- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (CCDC, MTO, municipal)<br /></p><p>- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills<br /></p><p>- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar)<br /></p><p>- PMP designation or P.Eng. an asset<br /></p><br /><p><b>What’s in it for you:</b><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>- Competitive salary and annual performance bonus<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>- Comprehensive health & dental benefits<br /></p><p>- Vehicle allowance or company vehicle<br /></p><p>- RRSP matching or company pension<br /></p><p>- Opportunity to lead key infrastructure projects in Northern Ontario<br /></p><p>- Supportive leadership team with long-term growth opportunities<br /></p><br /><p><b>Apply Now:</b><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>If you're a senior-level civil construction professional ready to take on high-impact projects and lead a skilled team in Sudbury or Timmins, we want to hear from you.
