Direct applications only, no agencies please.</em></p><p></p><p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW:</strong></p><p>As a Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead high-impact commercial data center construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with our clients’ strategic goals, timeline, and budget. This role requires a deep blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on project management to drive operational success and foster collaboration among stakeholders.</p><p></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and manage detailed project schedules using scheduling software Primavera P6.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, product managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to create and manage project workflow.</li><li>Analyze project progress and identify any potential delays or issues, recommending solutions to maintain project schedules.</li><li>Conduct regular status meetings to monitor project timelines and update stakeholders on progress.</li><li>Prepare reports to communicate project scheduling status to management and team members.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and project specifications in all scheduling processes.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and resource management to ensure timely availability of materials and labor.</li><li>Continuously evaluate scheduling processes and implement improvements for efficiency.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and concerns.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Professional Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree four-year college or university; or 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar role within the construction industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling techniques.</li><li>Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul><p></p><p>This is a full-time position with hours dictated by business needs.
