<p><strong>Plateau Report Designer - SAP SuccessFactors LMS</strong></p><p><strong>Position</strong>: Senior Consultant</p><p><strong>Start Date</strong>: August 25, 2025</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 2 months - Oct. 10, 2025 end date</p><p><strong>Role title: Plateau Report Designer</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote / Vancouver BC</p><p><strong>Hours</strong> - Part-Time ( 24-32 hours per week)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Profile requirement:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a skilled <strong><em>SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) Report Designer</em></strong> with expertise in <strong>Plateau Report Designer</strong> to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom reports within the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System to meet the unique needs of our organization.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Report Development: Design and develop custom reports using Plateau Report Designer to support business requirements within the SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment.</li><li>Data Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather report requirements, analyze data needs, and translate them into actionable insights through effective reporting solutions.</li><li>Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of reports to ensure accuracy and reliability of data outputs.</li><li>Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reports, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals.</li><li>User Support: Provide support and training to end-users on report functionalities and assist in troubleshooting report-related issues.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Plateau Report Designer to enhance reporting capabilities.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS with a focus on report design and development.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Plateau Report Designer and a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors LMS data structures.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.</li><li>Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present data insights.</li><li>Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in report development and data analysis.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.</li><li>Familiarity with SQL and database management.</li><li>Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Learning or related areas.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>*Only candidates who currently reside in Canada will be considered.</em></p><p><em>*Contractors must be incorporated or named as Directors of a Canadian corporation.</em></p><p><em>We DO NOT sub-contract.</em></p>
