<p>Join to apply for the <strong>SAP & Finance Systems, Business Partner</strong> role at <strong>BRP</strong></p><p>2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants</p><p>Join to apply for the <strong>SAP & Finance Systems, Business Partner</strong> role at <strong>BRP</strong></p><p>Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.</p><p>Position yourself as a Finance Operations System expert: You’ll support key financial processes, sharpen your problem-solving skills, and build deep knowledge that will make you a valuable expert in Finance Shared Services.<br><br>Grow your skills with the latest finance systems : You will deeply learn and work with SAP S/4HANA, along with many other automation and powerful tools used by leading companies to improve Finance operations.<br><br><strong>You'll Have The Opportunity To<br><br></strong><ul><li>Gather business requirements, support business teams, and help prioritize initiatives based on the department’s vision.</li><li>Understand and absorb the financial data model developed by the current project team</li><li>Coordinate and perform activities related to validation, mapping, cleansing, conversion, and migration of financial data</li><li>Contribute to design and build workshops</li><li>Script and execute test scenarios to validate implemented solutions, and ensure proper defect tracking and resolution.</li><li>Take part in Troubleshooting sessions</li><li>Develop training materials and deliver training to end users.</li><li>Provide post-go-live support to users following the implementation of new systems</li><li>Actively contribute to the continuous improvement<br><br></li></ul><strong>YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, or system deployment projects</li><li>Knowledge of the SAP FI module and its integration with Sales, Logistics, and Procurement modules</li><li>Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and banking operations is requiered. Credit Management and Accounts Payable (AP) are an asset</li><li>Familiarity with FSCM and Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is an asset</li><li>Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written</li><li>Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize information, and high attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives in parallel, while maintaining a high level of quality and organization</li><li>Strong interest in systems and information technology</li><li>Experience in SAP implementation projects (Full Cycle) is a must<br><br></li></ul><strong>ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY<br><br></strong>BRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
