SAP EWM Lead (Contract) – Hybrid Winnipeg

<p>We’re seeking an experienced <strong>SAP EWM Lead</strong> to drive warehousing design and delivery for a large S/4HANA program. This role is a long term,client-facing, hands-on, and requires frequent onsite presence in Winnipeg.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead EWM solution design & build across <strong>inbound, outbound, and internal</strong> processes</p></li><li><p>Configure warehouse structures (<strong>Storage Types/Sections, Activity Areas</strong>), <strong>RF</strong>, <strong>POSC/LOSC</strong>, <strong>WOCR</strong>, <strong>picking/putaway strategies</strong></p></li><li><p>Integrate EWM with <strong>MM</strong> and <strong>SD</strong>; partner with process & technical teams on end-to-end flows</p></li><li><p>Run workshops, create <strong>business blueprints</strong>, document requirements, and present to stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot complex issues; provide cutover and hypercare leadership</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>10+ years</strong> SAP <strong>EWM</strong> experience</p></li><li><p><strong>3+ full lifecycle</strong> EWM implementations in a <strong>consulting</strong> capacity</p></li><li><p>Proven, hands-on configuration across all core EWM areas listed above</p></li><li><p>Strong client-facing communication & presentation skills; ability to translate technical to business language</p></li><li><p>Solid analytical/problem-solving skills; proactive, collaborative, accountable, able to work independently</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Industry exposure in <strong>Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Energy</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>S/4HANA EWM 2023</strong> experience</p></li></ul><p><strong>Work Model</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Hybrid Winnipeg:</strong> up to <strong>4 days/week on site</strong> (approx. 75% travel required)</p></li></ul>
