Please find below Job description and share me your updated resume at <b>Saurav.upadhyay@irissoftware.com</b>.</p><p><b>Must-have</b></p><ul><li>5-8+ years IT experience working in a senior development and/or Lead Development role on engineering teams with at least 5 years of Salesforce Platform experience delivering large projects/programs: Salesforce configuration, customization and development using Salesforce.com</li><li>5+ years proven experience operating in an Agile framework on large/enterprise programs from initiation to implementation</li><li>Hands-on experience with the Lightning platform including APEX coding, Lightning Web Components, API’s and Salesforce Data Model</li><li>Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its architecture and product suite including Sales & Service Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud</li><li>Experience integrating Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems using Mulesoft, REST API and event based integration patterns</li><li>Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI)</li></ul><p><b>Nice-to-have</b></p><ul><li>Expertise in Cloud Computing, virtualization and SaaS Platforms (beyond CRM)</li><li>Experience implementing CRM solutions in the financial services sector</li><li>Experience with Salesforce DevOps best practices and tools including Jenkins, AutoRABIT and COPADO</li><li>Wealth Management industry experience related to business processes and workflows</li><li>Experience with DevOps pipeline and building Destructive.xml and managing rollback strategy in Salesforce</li><li>Experience with Einstein and leveraging for Predictive Analytics, Next Best Action, etc.</li><li>Experience working with KAFKA</li><li>A keen eye for improving processes within the Software Development Lifecycle – advocating for & driving change</li></ul><p><b>About Iris Software Inc.</b></p><p>With 4,000+ associates and offices in India, U.S.A. and Canada, Iris Software delivers technology services and solutions that help clients complete fast, far-reaching digital transformations and achieve their business goals.
