With 60% of the Canadian population experiencing a type of hearing health issue in 2021, our teams are passionate about providing an exceptional client experience through their hearing journey, going above and beyond to provide relevant and meaningful solutions.</em><br><br></p><p>We are growing and searching for a<strong> Sales & Reception Coordinator</strong> (called "Client Care Coordinator" internally) to join our Client Care team at our new <strong>Chatham, ON </strong>clinic! This position is based at our <strong>new clinic that will be opening in late 2025</strong> in the Smartcentres Shopping Plaza (St Clair Street). The position will start ASAP for training and setup of the new clinic ahead of the official opening later this year. Based on the set-up of the new clinic, a driver&#39;s license and access to a car is required for training and marketing initiatives (mileage paid).</p><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Starting hourly compensation of $21-$24/hour + a bonus program</li><li>Benefits starting on day one of hire</li><li>RRSP matching</li><li>Generous time off policies including 3 weeks of vacation, 7 paid personal days, + 1 paid volunteer day</li><li>Training + education opportunities</li><li>Friends and family discounts</li></ul><p><strong>What you&#39;ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Help with set-up and marketing of the new clinic</li><li>Check in patients for appointments</li><li>Scheduling appointments</li><li>Making product and payment recommendations to enhance the patient journey</li><li>Support with maintaining physical and electronic records</li><li>Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and product questions</li></ul><p><strong>What we&#39;re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><em>2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - </em>you have worked in sales, retail, a busy office, or a clinic environment and are comfortable interacting with customers</li><li><em>Sales acumen</em> - experience recommending products or in retail is strongly preferred</li><li><em>Access to a vehicle and a valid driver&#39;s license</em> - some local travel (mileage compensated) will be required</li><li><em>Customer-centric attitude</em> - you are comfortable interacting with diverse patient groups and networking within the community to position HearCANADA as Richmond&#39;s number one choice for hearing care services</li><li><em>Team-player</em> - you work well with others and appreciate what can be accomplished with support from colleagues</li><li>Access to a car and a valid driver&#39;s license is required</li></ul><p></p><p><em>HearCANADA is committed to fair and accessible employment practices, and we welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
