<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Wooden Penny is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This family owned and operated business is located in beautiful downtown Huntsville on the banks of the Muskoka River and showcases an extensive display of kitchen wares and custom furniture. The ideal candidate for this position would have interest and experience in home décor and design. </p><p> </p><p>Responsibilitieas</p><p>-              Assisting customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable assistance to enhance their design goals.</p><p>-              Thoroughly recording design choices for custom furniture and communicating details to builders. </p><p>-              Following up with customers and organizing scheduling for <span >deliveries/pickups.</span> </p><p>-              Maintain an organized, clean and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandizing techniques. </p><p>-              Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and basic math calculations. </p><p>-              Working with the POS to create customer accounts, purchase orders and handle day to day transactions.</p><p>-              Balancing register daily, key holding opening and closing duties. </p><p>-              Previous experience using SketchUp and CAD would be an asset</p><p> </p><p>This role has the opportunity to grow into a larger position with more responsibilities.
