<p><b>WE'RE HIRING</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Position title: </b>S5610281 - Intermediate Clerk - Data Entry</p><p><b>Contract:</b> 11 months</p><p><b>Working Status: </b>On-Site</p><p><b>Location:</b> 1630 Star Top Rd, Ottawa, Ontario</p><p><b>Security: </b>Secret Clearance<b> </b></p><p><b>Hours: </b>7.50 hours a day</p><p><b>Duration: </b>22 September 2025 to 21 August 2026</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Objective</b></p><p>The objective is to provide additional staffing capacity on a temporary basis for performing inventory data entry into DRIMIS</p><p><br></p><p><b>Background</b></p><p>The client will be providing data entry services to assist with warehouse inventory onto CAF/DND</p><p>DRIMIS. Recently due to internal personnel movements, an additional experienced warehouse staff</p><p>is required to augment existing team. Inbound materiel must be onboarded in DRIMIS before it’s</p><p>forwarded to other entities within the organization without disruptions in service.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Mandatory </b></p><ul><li>M1 - Must clearly demonstrate 2 years of experience data entry service for the Government of Canada within the last 6 years</li><li>M2 - Must have worked in SAP and/or DRIMIS</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Tasks</b></p><ul><li>Enter inbound and outbound inventory data into DRIMIS;</li><li>Assist in stocktaking;</li><li>Verify information provided by DND/CAF personnel;</li><li>Assist in inventory data collection and compilation; and</li><li>Organize data according to user requirements.</li></ul><p></p>
