<p ><strong>RQ09428 - Sr. UX Designer</strong></p> <p ><strong>Downtown, Toronto</strong></p> <p ><strong>Hybrid - 3 days in office</strong></p> <p ><strong>Contract (9 months, possible extension)</strong></p> <p ><strong>2 Vacancies</strong></p> <p ><strong>Must-haves:</strong></p> <ul><li> Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.</li><li> Expertise in UX software such as J<strong>ustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, Figma,</strong> and <strong>Zeplin</strong>. <strong>HTML5, CSS3,</strong> and <strong>JavaScript skills (React, Angular, Node.js) </strong>are a plus.</li><li>Experience in facilitate User Research and Usability testing activities to produce such outputs as:<ul><li>User Interview Topic Maps</li><li>User Interview Scripts</li><li>User Interview Synthesis (collection, aggregation and analysis) of written observations recorded during each interview</li><li>User Research Findings Report</li></ul></li></ul> <p ><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Public Sector</strong> experience </li></ul>
