Job Description
<b><b>Experience & Qualifications:</b></b><p>A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers, or similar) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.</p>
<p>Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.</p>
<p>Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.</p>

<b><b>Work-related Skills:</b></b>
<p>Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.</p>
<p>Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.</p>
<p>Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.</p>
<p>Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales</p>
<p>Strong organizational and time management skills</p>
<p>Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment</p>
<b><b>Other Requirements:</b></b>
<p>This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.³</p>
<p>Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.</p>

<p>Join Rogers as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant and help existing Small-Medium Business customers upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services You’ll engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.</p>
<p>Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance¹</p>
<p>Paid training: Get fully certified before you start²</p>
<p>Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST³</p>
<p>This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.¹</p>
