<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Job Title: Roadshow Sales Representative</strong><br /></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team for an upcoming Costco Roadshow event. This role is all about engaging Costco members, driving trial, and generating sales of a premium dinner product. As the face of our brand, you'll bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for food to every interaction.</p><p><strong>Location: Burlington - </strong>1225 Brant St, Burlington, ON L7P 1X7</p><p><strong>Dates: </strong>Tuesday September 30th - Sunday October 12th (14 day contract)</p><p><strong>Hours: 6 hours per shift - rather morning, afternoon or evening shift that will fall between the following hours:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>September 30th - 7:00 AM - 8:45 PM</strong></li><li><strong>Monday to Fridays - 8:45 AM - 8:45 PM<br /></strong></li><li><strong>Saturday and Sundays - 8:45 AM - 6:15 PM<br /></strong></li><li><strong>Sunday October 12th - 8:45 AM - 7:30 PM</strong><strong></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> Actively engage with Costco members to introduce and promote our dinner product with a daily sales KPI target.</p><p> Deliver product knowledge in a clear, compelling, and friendly manner.</p><p> Drive sales by explaining value, benefits, and usage occasions.</p><p> Maintain a clean, attractive, and fully stocked demo station throughout the day.</p><p> Track daily sales and report results to the team lead/manager.</p><p> Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p> Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is required.</p><p> Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers.</p><p> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p> Ability to work independently and as a team towards a sales target in a fast-paced retail environment.</p><p> Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.</p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p> Competitive hourly wage + attractive sales incentives based on sales performance.</p><p> Opportunity to work inside Costco, one of Canada's most trusted retail environments.</p><p> Hands-on training and product knowledge support.</p><p> A dynamic, fast-paced role with direct impact on brand success.</p><p><strong>About Brand Momentum:</strong></p><p>Brand Momentum is a nationally integrated leader in Sales, Marketing, and Retail, with headquarters in Toronto.
