Are you confident managing staff, overseeing programs, and making a difference in the lives of justice-involved youth?</p><p>Murray McKinnon Foundation (MMF) is hiring two full-time Supervisors to join our Residential Program team in Oshawa, ON. These roles support youth in open detention and custody by providing strong leadership, effective care coordination, and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment.</p><p>Supervisors are responsible for day-to-day leadership within the residential facility, working under the direction of the Director of Residential Services. One position rotates between 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm (Monday to Friday). The second works 3pm-11pm on a continental rotation, including every other weekend.</p><p>Ready to lead change in youth justice?
