<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Residential Youth Services Supervisor – $64,958.40 + Benefits – Oshawa, ON L1H 4G3 </strong></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Do you have experience leading teams in residential youth care? Are you confident managing staff, overseeing programs, and making a difference in the lives of justice-involved youth?</p><p>Murray McKinnon Foundation (MMF) is hiring two full-time Supervisors to join our Residential Program team in Oshawa, ON. These roles support youth in open detention and custody by providing strong leadership, effective care coordination, and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment.</p><p>Supervisors are responsible for day-to-day leadership within the residential facility, working under the direction of the Director of Residential Services. One position rotates between 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm (Monday to Friday). The second works 3pm-11pm on a continental rotation, including every other weekend.</p><p>Ready to lead change in youth justice?
