We love this company because of their passion for diversity and inclusion, and their desire to make a social impact.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Here is what you&#39;ll be doing on a day to day basis:</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Craft engaging job ads and promote them across LinkedIn and other social media platforms</li><li>Conduct screening calls and assess candidate fit</li><li>Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics</li><li>Maintain the recruitment pipeline and track candidate progress</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback and refine processes</li><li>Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to candidate inquiries</li><li>Liaise with external vendors and recruitment partners</li><li>Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics</li><li>Support other recruitment-related tasks as needed</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Here is the type of person we are looking for:</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in the recruitment field or a related field</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Enthusiastic, passionate, and a great representative of the company’s values</li><li>Active on social media and confident in promoting opportunities</li><li>Down-to-earth, action-oriented, and proactive</li><li>Committed to diversity, inclusion, and social impact</li><li>Ideally you are based in Frederickton, NB and are able to work in the office 3-5 days per week.
