If you have a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams while delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including pre-construction, execution, and closeout phases.</li><li>Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals.</li><li>Lead and mentor project teams, including coordinators, superintendents, and support staff.</li><li>Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project success.</li><li>Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations, including quality and safety standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in project management within the ICI construction sector.</li><li>PMP, Gold Seal, or LEED certification preferred.</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Primavera, and other construction management tools.</li><li>Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary of $100,000–$150,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement savings plans.</li><li>A collaborative environment that values your expertise and leadership, with opportunities to work on projects in the $25M–$80M range.</li></ul></p></p>
