We take a measured, end-to-end approach to construction, emphasizing collaboration, safety, and community impact.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Our client are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented <strong>Project Coordinator</strong> to support our project delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about civil construction, project planning, and team collaboration.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and budgeting for civil construction projects.</li><li>Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.</li><li>Track project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare regular status reports.</li><li>Support procurement processes, including RFQs, purchase orders, and material tracking.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.</li><li>Participate in site meetings, inspections, and liaise with clients and consultants.</li><li>Help manage change orders, cost tracking, and project close-out documentation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in a project coordination or field engineering role within civil construction.</li><li>Strong understanding of earthworks, utilities, and roadworks is an asset.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.</li></ul><li></li><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Proactive and detail-oriented.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with project management software.</li><li>Understanding of civil construction processes.</li></ul><li></li><p><strong>Pay range and compensation package</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation, benefits, company truck and opportunities for growth.</li></ul><p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
