Your north star: revenue from qualified leads.</strong></em></p><p>This role is ideal for someone obsessed with performance, who lives and breathes funnels, metrics, and offers and wants to do it all in an ambitious, in-person, creative environment.</p> What You'll Do<p><strong>Paid Media & Acquisition</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels</li><li>Optimize bids, budgets, and audiences to hit ROAS, CPL, and CAC targets</li><li>Continuously test new offers, hooks, formats, and channels to find new growth levers</li></ul><p><strong>Direct-Response Copy & Creative</strong></p><ul><li>Write high-converting ad copy, headlines, CTAs, and sales scripts</li><li>Build landing pages, email sequences, VSLs, and sales letters that convert</li><li>Collaborate with our design/video team to create thumb-stopping ad creative</li></ul><p><strong>Funnel Strategy & Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Architect full-funnel experiences including lead magnets, tripwires, webinars, and sales calls</li><li>Build nurturing journeys that segment prospects from TOFU to BOFU</li><li>Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rate, AOV, and LTV</li></ul><p><strong>Analytics & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Own reporting dashboards for CAC, LTV, payback period, pipeline velocity, and attribution</li><li>Present weekly performance insights to leadership and recommend growth opportunities</li><li>Maintain data hygiene across platforms (GA4, HubSpot, Facebook Ads, etc.)</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration & Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Operations</li><li>Manage freelancers or agencies as needed to execute and scale campaigns</li><li>Document winning campaigns, funnels, and learnings in playbooks for repeatable success</li></ul>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
