<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Essential Functions </strong></p><p>Color matching , formulating colors .</p><p>Mixing paint to proper ratios to make ready to spray for priming and painting .</p><p>Trouble shooting of equipment .</p><p>Dailey /Weekly maintenance of spray equipment .</p><p>Weekly maintenance of spray booths (cleaning , changing filters ).</p><p>Practice safe handling of all painted products .</p><p>Wear all appropriate gear required for mixing and painting ( safety glasses , paint suit , gloves and respirators or fresh air systems that is supplied )</p><p>Follow all rules and regulations required for paint handling and storing .</p><p>Ability to give directions to preppers in daily operations in loading and unloading the booths .</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p><p>Previous experience using a spray gun in an industrial setting.</p><p>Ability to work in a fast – paced environment .</p><p>Ability to preform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads .</p><p>Experience with hand tools and power tools .</p><p>Read , write, and speak English .</p><p>Self -motivated .</p><p>Works well in a team and independently .</p><p></p><p><strong>Physical Demands </strong></p><p>May be required o stand for long periods of time .</p><p>May involve some repetitive motions.</p><p>Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds .</p><p>May also engage in frequent bending , stopping , squatting , pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers .</p><p><strong>BENEFITS: </strong></p><ul><li>Floating holiday, paid vacation and sick/ personal time off </li><li>Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits</li><li>RRSP Matching</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Great company culture</li></ul><p>Pattison ID is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination or any other category protected by law.</p><p></p><p>If you are contacted for a job opportunity, please advise us of any accommodations needed to ensure you have access to a fair and equitable process.
