The Outreach Associate will be responsible for delivering door hangers to the Red Deer community as part of our outreach efforts.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br><ol><li>Deliver door hangers to homes and businesses in Red Deer and surrounding areas, following established campaign plans.</li><li>Ensure that door hangers are delivered accurately and efficiently, meeting or exceeding project timelines and budgets.</li><li>Monitor and report on outreach efforts, including delivery numbers, feedback from residents and businesses, and any other relevant information.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach efforts and progress.</li><li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.</li></ol><br />Qualifications:<br><br><ol><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Familiarity with Red Deer and surrounding areas is an asset.</li></ol><br />This is a full-time or part-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.
