We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and growth-minded Operations and Logistics Manager to join our team and grow with us long term.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of production, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our supply chain smooth, efficient, and compliant — while upholding our promise to deliver tea that’s high in quality, ethically sourced, and beautifully packaged in a timely manner.</p><p><strong>️ Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>● Oversee all daily operations across inventory, production, logistics, and fulfillment.</p><p>● Lead and monitor the production and fulfillment teams, ensuring protocols are</p><p>followed and our customer commitments around quality, accuracy, and timeliness are</p><p>consistently met.</p><p>● Manage large purchase order fulfillment and shipping to key accounts, including</p><p>national distributors and café partners.</p><p>● Oversee Amazon fulfillment operations, including inventory level management, FBA</p><p>planning, and coordination with Amazon warehouses.</p><p>● Own and optimize processes across Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce and</p><p>retail platforms.</p><p>● Manage and maintain systems for inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply</p><p>chain coordination.</p><p>● Ensure full food safety compliance with HACCP, GFSI, and other applicable</p><p>standards.</p><p>● Handle all import and export requirements for food products, including:</p><p>○ U.S. exports (issuing FDA Prior Notices, handling customs clearance).</p><p>○ Maintaining proper documentation for Canadian and international regulatory</p><p>compliance.</p><p>● Implement and continuously improve LEAN manufacturing processes.</p><p>● Use ERP systems such as Cin7 (or similar) to track inventory, purchasing, and logistics</p><p>across channels.</p><p>● Coordinate with third-party logistics, customs and suppliers to ensure on-time, efficient,</p><p>and high-quality execution.</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></p><p>● 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain within the food &</p><p>beverage or CPG space.</p><p>● Direct experience with food safety systems: HACCP, GFSI, traceability, and recall</p><p>readiness.</p><p>● Strong working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian import/export regulations, including</p><p>FDA Prior Notice and customs procedures.</p><p>● Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and FBA inventory, as well as</p><p>Shopify and other retail platforms.</p><p>● Experience with ERP systems like Cin7 (or similar inventory and order management</p><p>tools).</p><p>● Strong background in inventory management, forecasting, and order fulfillment to</p><p>both B2B and DTC channels.</p><p>● Comfortable leading production and fulfillment teams, ensuring adherence to</p><p>protocols and performance metrics.</p><p>● Knowledge of LEAN systems and process improvement methodologies.</p><p>● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</p><p>● A team player with a long-term mindset, excited to grow alongside a mission-driven</p><p>company.</p><p>● Adaptable, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</p><p>● Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada — this is a long-term</p><p>position with room to grow.</p><p></p><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>● Be part of a passionate, values-driven team that believes in wellness, quality, and</p><p>innovation.</p><p>● Help bring beautifully crafted teas to customers across Canada, the U.S., and beyond</p><p>as we expand internationally.</p><p>● Join a company at a pivotal stage of growth — with opportunities to shape systems,</p><p>build teams, and grow your career.</p><p>● Enjoy a competitive salary, benefits, and a collaborative company culture.</p><p></p><p>Genuine Tea is an equal opportunity employer.
