This role involves managing phone and email communications, assisting customers with inquiries and orders, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining organized records and documentation.<br><br>The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and efficient, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.<br><br><strong>Benefits</strong><br /><strong>Competitive pay</strong> ($17.60 to $20.00 per hour)<br /><strong>Health & Dental Benefits</strong> (after a 3-month probationary period)<br /><strong>Career growth opportunities</strong> with paid training and advancement potential<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br /><strong>Administrative & Customer Support:<br /></strong><br><br> Answer incoming <strong>phone calls</strong> and route inquiries appropriately.<br /> Respond to general <strong>emails</strong> or forward to the correct department.<br /> Provide friendly and <strong>professional communication</strong> to vendors, customers, and team members.<br><br><strong>Purchase Order Management:</strong><br /><strong></strong><br /><strong>Monitor and track</strong> incoming purchase orders.<br /><strong>Review and accept</strong> purchase orders in the ERP system upon verification.<br /> Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchase <strong>order accuracy and delivery tracking.</strong><br /> Ensure all individuals SKUs have a<strong> delivery date</strong> for any that would be considered a back order. <br /> Follow Up on <strong>back ordered i</strong>tems.<br /> Answer <strong>team members inquiries</strong> on Purchase Orders.<br><br><strong>Logistics & Shipping Coordination:<br /></strong><br><br><strong>Monitor and track</strong> incoming purchase orders.<br /> Use the companys shipping account to<strong> coordinate and book shipments</strong> and provide support in resolving shipping-related issues.<br /><strong>Compare courier rates</strong> and delivery options to ensure cost-effective and timely shipping.<br /> Work with vendors and customers to <strong>coordinate inbound and outbound freight</strong> as needed.<br /> Book all Lock 8 Purchases and Customer <strong>shipments</strong> as required.<br><br><strong>Additional Duties:<br /></strong><br><br> Collaborate with the team to <strong>support administrative operations.</strong><br /> Perform other <strong>general administrative duties</strong> as needed.<br><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br /> High school diploma or equivalent required.<br /> Previous experience in order processing, or administrative support is preferred but not required.<br /> Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.<br /> Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams<br /> Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.<br /> Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.<br><br><strong>Physical Demands:</strong><br /> Primarily an office-based position with extended periods of sitting and computer use.<br /> Occasional standing, walking, or light bending when assisting with office or order-related tasks.<br /> May involve lifting light items (up to 25 lbs.) occasionally.<br><br></p></p>Create Your Resume First
