<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Occupational Health Nurse (Part-Time, On-Site)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Huntsville, Ontario</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> As-needed coverage (vacation/sick leave), MonFri, 6:30 AM 2:30 PM</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Overview:</strong><br /> Seeking a licensed and experienced Registered Nurse to lead and deliver occupational health services for plant employees, ensuring regulatory compliance, injury/illness assessment, disability management, and promotion of health and wellness. This role covers the full-time nurse during absences and requires quick onboarding before mid-September.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide occupational health programs in compliance with provincial/federal regulations</p></li><li><p>Assess and manage workplace injuries/illness in partnership with Technical Rescue Team</p></li><li><p>Administer return-to-work, modified work, and accommodation programs</p></li><li><p>Manage WSIB claims, medical documentation, and health-related reporting</p></li><li><p>Conduct respiratory fit testing and other mandated health assessments</p></li><li><p>Promote employee wellness and support training initiatives</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Registered Nurse (Ontario), BScN, COHN(C) certified</p></li><li><p>Current First Aid & CPR, audiometry, spirometry certified</p></li><li><p>5+ years in occupational health, ER, or urgent care</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems (e.g., Cority, MedGate)</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills</p></li></ul><p><p><strong>Thank you for your interest in joining Fluid.</strong></p><p><strong>Please note that only candidates whose qualifications closely align with the requirements of the role will be contacted.</strong></p><p><strong>Fluid is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
