This is a great opportunity to work a straight day shift in a very clean warehouse. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.</li><li>Reviews, prioritizes and performs company work orders on a daily basis to ensure completion of tasks and meeting deadlines</li><li>Assist in providing estimates of time and materials needed to complete repair and necessary materials and supplies to complete proposed projects for approval</li><li>Maintains the cleanliness of the facilities (indoors and outdoors) and ensures a clean workspace during completion of projects on-site</li><li>Complies with all applicable codes, <span >environmental/government</span> regulations, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.</li><li>Assists with the installation and modification of building equipment systems.</li><li>Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include basic plumbing, kitchen equipment repairs, drywall repairs, concrete/carpet flooring repairs, roof and racking maintenance</li><li>Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.</li><li>Performs furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed</li><li>Knowledge of effective and safe use of power tools</li><li>Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.</li><li>Available to carry out emergency maintenance work outside of normal working hours</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned and works in compliance with Food Safety Programs.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Licensed Electrician</li><li>Minimum 3 years previous maintenance and/or handyman experience</li><li>Working at Heights an asset</li><li>First Aid & CPR preferred but not required</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong ability to work well with a team</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>#INDSTRIVEON</strong></p><p><strong>#LI-SR</strong></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p></p></p>
